Prices, Terms, and Conditions**
**Opening a Door**:
– Standard Hours: €60 – €100
– After Hours (evenings, weekends, holidays): €80 – €150
**Replacement of a Cylinder**:
– Basic Cylinder Replacement: €60 – €120 (includes the cost of the cylinder)
– High-Security Cylinder Replacement: €100 – €200
**Other Services**:
– Lock Repair: €50 – €100
– Installation of a New Lock: €80 – €150 (depending on the type of lock)
**Call-Out Fee**:
– If service is requested but not required upon arrival, a fee of €30 will be charged.
**Service Guarantee**:
– No replacement of parts or lock damage will occur without your consent. However, some minor scratches may result from door opening, which we are not obligated to repair.
**In Case of Failure to Resolve the Issue**:
– If we cannot solve the problem, the service is **FREE OF CHARGE**.
**Security and Quality Assurance**:
– Please note that our services may be recorded for **security and quality purposes**. By requesting our service, you consent to any such recordings.
